Mr. McCartney has 20 years of Oracle DBA experience, as a consultant for Oracle Corporation and the co-founder of DBCORP Information Systems Inc. He is past president of the Calgary Oracle Users group and current Database SIG lead for the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS). Mr. McCartney has presented at IOUW and OOW on several topics including performance, security, and data warehouse loading.
