Biography
Barbara Sandoval has a Master's Degree in Computer Resource Management. Barbara started working with PeopleSoft Development Tools in 2002 while at PNM, and then at Sandia National Laboratories. Barbara is the lead PeopleSoft Developer for the Sandia’s Payroll system.
