He was named by Oracle Magazine as HTML DB Developer of the Year for 2005 and was recipient of the 2002 Chris Wooldridge Award for outstanding contribution and dedication to the advancement of the IOUG. He currently serves the IOUG as Director of Web Content and Initiatives.
