With an IT experience of more than 2 decades, I am a "hands-on" Oracle DBA specializing in Performance tuning. I currently serve as the Executive Editor for IOUG's SELECT Journal and love to teach and mentor. I have presented at IOUG, OAUG and OOW. I co-authored "Oracle Database 10g Insider Solutions" (SAMS) and tech-edited various other books. I received the IOUG SELECT Editor's Choice award for 2005 for the article on "Judicious use of Histograms for SQL Tuning and am also an OTN "Oracle ACE"
