Abstract:	I will present the world from the opposite viewpoint. Normally we look at things from a DBA viewpoint. I will present the opposite - DBA Team Management - from a technical manager's viewpoint, what I wish DBAs knew, and did, that could make my life easier, and hence their lives easier. This woudl be a consolidation of experiences from various corporate environments, the volunteer world, and the educational world.
