Abstract: Do the users of your Universal Content Management system download copies of managed content to their desktop and flash drives? Or email them to other users as attachments? Attend this session to learn how you can extend enterprise content management security to downloaded or even emailed content with the new Information Rights Management (IRM) integration. With this new integration, content items can be "sealed" right on check-in and automatically generate a "sealed" PDF file as well! Oracle IRM uses encryption to "seal" documents to secure and track them everywhere they're stored and used —- enabling organizations to define fine-grained policies for viewing, editing, printing, and copying sensitive information, ensuring that only authorized users have access to secured content.  And, when the content or user is no longer valid, rights can be easily revoked.
